crisis

It’s been quite a while since the shortage of an appropriate energy source has been an issue to humanity. Our world and society that revolves around energy, gas, electricity and other fuels has become so dependent on fuels that it would have no where to go if these fuels were to run out and disappear. Many people use fuels in their everyday lives. Cars, electricity, cooking, and so many other daily appliances that energy has become a crucial resource to all mankind that has become indispensible. As this shortage rises more and more scientists and professional s are looking for alternative sources. As this search continues, reproduceable natural resources are becoming the target such as sugar cane for the production of ethanol. There is a worry from critics that this energy crisis will lead to more global warming due to deforestation. Deforestation caused as a result of planting products to produce this one type of fuel. I personally have not had much of an idea of how critical this crisis really was. Until recently when I was introduced to the fact that at the current of energy consumption, we will soon be left with no energy at all. This has given me time to reflect that whatever God allows mankind to have, must be appreciated and not taken for granted. Taking God’s blessings is a mistake almost everyone goes through however, looking at these issues around us, we must consider what we must do as a result of these issues.http://www.msnbc.com/20100656 entry #13
