When I just analyze only their philosophy, they are much familiar with the environment company and, they also support a lot into R&D. They also manage thier market area to attract more investors by showing their sustainability.

My opinionHyundai is now trying to create car culture by thier R&D research. Even there are many competitors in the market. The point for the car business is who leading the car culture. However, Hyundai have to consider their quality of car. One of the most reason is that their quality of engine is not strong enough to compete with other people. Before they create their own car culture, they have to consider their market customer to know what they wants. Each countries have different tastes of their car design and effienciency; however, one sustainabiliy does not change is that engine quality is keep improving. If Hyundai wants to lead the culture of car. They should R&D much more for their engine not just importing Benz engine to desing their luxury Car.
