Would you like to ride some movies?


the one of the famous tour course in USA. This amusement park is growing a lot. It is now gohe worldwide. Now, Universal Studio is in USA and Japan. They plan to build another amusement park in 2002. The place is in S. Korea. To check the Universal Studio’s SWOT

Strength

They differentiated programs. When I compare with other amusement park in USA, most parks theme is for enjoy with the family. However, Universal Studio theme is enjoy and educating with the family about movie. They are trying to show how to make a film by show. In my experience, I went Universal Studio in Orlando three times. Most of shows are that I could enjoy and learn. Many American kids want to go to the Universal Studio. It is not just targeting the American people. Most customers are coming from different countries.

Weakness

Their weakness is that people can’t find what their star item is. They are targeting the all the movies. They are trying to make their movie as roller coaster. If they do not have their star items, people might go 1 or 2 times in their life-time. Even, many customers are coming to the Universal Studio. It might be limited later.

Opportunity

They are trying to target the world wide. Now, they already have other theme parks in Japan. They plan to develop Universal Studio parks in Dubai and Singapore. As growth to the world business, it is changing differently. Dubai is a big tour market. As developing Universal Studio in Dubai, it is also huge advertisement to grow more.

Threat

Universal Studio should consider customer’s culture. Some country might have opposite culture of their theme. To get all of customers are in the world. It is a pretty important fact.







Universal Studio is a huge busines tour market that has many options and good location for vacation to visit. Most customers go to universal studio, Sea World and Disney World. They have good tour package for family who want to visit with discount price. They have several advantage to grow. I could say, Universal Studio is one of the succed business market in USA.
